Welcome
Everyone is welcome to attend satsang at the Siddha Yoga Meditation Center in Monterey.
The Sanskrit word satsang literally means the “company of the Truth.” On the Siddha Yoga path, Truth refers to the highest Reality, the Supreme Self. Satsang refers to seekers coming together to experience the Truth within their own being by engaging in the spiritual practices of meditation, chanting, study of the Guru’s teachings, darshan, and dakshina.

Dress Guidelines
To honor the sacred atmosphere, all who attend satsang and other events at the Siddha Yoga Mediation Center in Monterey are asked to dress modestly.
